The food is absolutely amazing! Everything is handmade, they have this open kitchen where you can see they make the noodles, dumplings. As someone who’s from Shaanxi, I will say the food is authentic. The staff are super friendly and nice. They have order kiosks, but they brought food to our table cuz we picked dine in. Def super recommended if you want to try Northwestern Chinese food!

Would be 5/5 if service timing improves) What we liked: * We arrived at 11:15 AM right when they opened and were the first customers. * The noodles came out in about 15 minutes and were excellent—perfectly al dente and even more consistent than the Jusgo food court. * Great flavor, and I liked that they mixed the noodles before serving. * Lamb dumplings were excellent-chewy weapon and flavorful filling. * Prices are a little higher and the menu is smaller than Jusgo, but that’s understandable given the larger space and Johns Creek location. *Beef scallion pancake is very different than I expected-it’s tasty, but a bit greasy. * Service staff are accommodating and courteous What could be improved: * Our beef roll and lamb dumplings didn’t arrive until 30+ minutes after the noodles. * We had already finished our noodles and were just waiting for the remaining dishes. * Luckily, we weren’t in a rush, but I could see this being frustrating—especially during the lunch rush if it was already happening right after opening. I really want to see this place succeed because the food is excellent. If they can tighten up the kitchen timing and get dishes out together, I think they’ll have

📢 New handmade noodle cafe outside Atlanta 🎉 Grand Opening 🎉 ⁉️ Why is no one talking about this new restaurant ⁉️ Open since May 22 🗣 The tea is that I went to their original stall in Jusgo for my weekly dumpling fix, just to find it closed... with a sign noting that their new location is open at Hmart John's Creek. 🥟 At this new location, you can watch the staff handmake the noodles and dumplings in the kitchen window. 📝 This is actually one of my favorite dumpling spots in Metro Atlanta because of the bouncy QQ texture and juicy fillings. ➡️ Ordered : 1️⃣ Beef Noodle Soup 🍜 Tender beef and wide biang biang noodles. The wide noodles here are personally too soft for me. 2️⃣ Boiled Handmade Dumplings 🥟 I prefer their shrimp, but they only had pork when I visited. Perfect texture and juiciness. And, served with a cup of their garlicky, addicting chili oil. 3️⃣ All drinks are currently bottled, even water. No complimentary water here. I'm used to drinking a Vivi Hong Kong Lemon tea with their dumplings. 😢 Not being charged for water... 😐 All food served in to-go containers, even for dine-in customers. Everything here is incredibly fresh and authentic. You can tell the quality is top-tier because the dumplings and noodles are hand-made on the spot in front of you. The food is delicious, with vibrant, rich flavors in every dish. Love the dumplings with hot & sour soup.

Make sure you avoid peak hour if you don’t want to wait, went there on Wednesday around lunch and there is hardly any seats so we were lucky to find a table. Everything was so delicious and great deal for the price! Turns out to be $15 per person or $20 if you want to add an appetizer. Highly recommend the pork sandwich, but really everything is delicious. Service isn’t bad at all for a restaurant that opened less than a week ago.
